Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Plushies must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Personalized or custom plushies are non-refundable, except in cases of defects or damage.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Receive Approval – Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item – Securely pack the plushie and send it back using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Inspection & Refund – Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Policy

  • Full Refunds: If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you are eligible for a full refund, including shipping costs.
  • Partial Refunds: If the item is returned due to a change of mind, a small restocking fee may apply.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Personalized/custom plushies, clearance items, and gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

We allow exchanges for defective or incorrect plushies. Follow the same return process and indicate your preferred replacement.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to customer preference, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Plushies

If you receive a plushie that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled as it may already be in processing.
